Step 1: ( Cook the Pasta )
- Heat a large pot with 4 cups of water. Keep the flame high and boil the water to a rolling boil. Once the water starts to boil, add 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of oil, and 1 ½ cups of penne pasta.

- Mix it once, boil fr 10 to 12 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Also, check the cooking time on pasta package instructions because each brand has a different cook time.
- After the pasta turns soft, strain it with the help of a colander and rinse it with cold water to stop it from cooking further.

- Save the pasta-cooking water to adjust the pasta consistency later.

- Pour ¼ cup to ½ cup of pasta-cooked water or stock. Mix and cook until slightly thickened, and the boiled pasta becomes hot.

- Take one cheese cube (optional), grate it, and add it to the pasta. Cover and cook the pasta for 1 minute over a low-medium flame.
