How to Serve Til Mil Paneer Pakoda?

  • Tomato Ketchup –  primarily used for dipping or spreading classic accompaniment that never goes out of style.
  • Mint Chutney – Mint gives a refreshing taste of mint, complements the richness of the paneer. Mint chutney is perfect with snacks like samosas, pakoras, idlis, dosas, and sandwiches. For a richer variation, especially popular.
  • Tamarind chutney – This chutney offers a tangy sweetness that balances the flavors. Tamarind chutney is extremely flavourful &the taste is Delicious. it is also known as imli chutney.

I prepare this recipe very easily at home by making Homemade paneer. You can, however, use store store-bought one too.

Til mil paneer Pakora can be served with green chutney, coriander chutney, or with any sauces, whatever you like to dip in, but I try it with simple tomato chutney. Tilmil paneer recipe name is a very interesting name. Another name of Sesame is til & mil means mix, so its name is tilmil.

Pro tips:

  • Make sure the oil is medium hot. Too low a flame makes the paneer soak up a lot of oil. Too high a flame will brown the paneer, so medium is best.
  • Deep the paneer into oil carefully, fry it till crispy & golden.
  •  Adjust the spice Level  & salt according to your Preference by increasing or decreasing the amount.
